Thursday's Featured shop Monday's Child Prims

This week we would like to introduce you to

Michelle first began selling some of her items at a shop near their property
in Northern Michigan
After several months she finally took the plunge and opened her etsy
shop in December of 2011

At Monday's Child Prims, customer satisfaction if a top priority

Michelle strives to make unique on of a kind or limited quantity items

Michelle describes her journey into her craft business

After going back to school for several years, I encountered some health issues. I had almost earned my bacherlor's in science and had planned on going into wildlife biology. I realized this wasn't going to be feasible anymore so spent the next couple of years at home trying to keep myself occupied. I started doing cross-stitching again, a long-forgotten hobby. After a while, I began looking for new creative outlets. Under my husband's guidance I began doing some woodworking and realized how much I loved doing it. I also discovered primitives and instantly fell in love with them. I then started making different fabric prims and playing around with the grunging techniques.

she even offers supplies in her shop
